River Coffee Roasters is on a mission to source, roast and supply unique and exquisite specialty coffees, aiming for a ‘sustainable journey from bean to cup’.
Sourcing their coffee through ethical relationships, they collaborate directly with real people and communities across Latin America. They take time to get to know their small scale suppliers, to understand their aspirations and foster lasting relationships so that they can give back to the community and promote opportunity, sustainability and long term progression.
Land, water, altitude and sunlight are key foundations in the production of coffee. Without people and communities coffee production is not possible. The River Coffee Roasters’ logo showcases these important foundations and ties the strong links to the people and communities involved in the production of coffee.
These pillars of community and sustainability are integral to our offer at Sky Park Farm. River Coffee Roasters is based just over 14 miles from Sky Park Farm, just outside Winchester. The team roast their beans in small batches to ensure consistency and great taste with scientific care.
