Matt and Glyn will be chatting to Barney and Marcus about sustainability, the resurgence of game and their passion for sharing understanding and experience of deer farming. They will explore the importance of farm to fork, how to deliver exceptional quality produce and the health benefits of venison.
For cooks and meat lovers, Matt and Glyn will be sharing their tips on the best cuts used for carpaccio, pie, steak, stew etc and how different deer breeds provide a different eating experience.
