Simnel Cake Decorating

Pastry Chef, Jayne, has prepared beautiful Simnel cakes ready for you to decorate. Made to celebrate Easter with a delicious layer of marzipan running through the spiced fruit cake, 12 guests will be guided through traditional and progressive decoration techniques – eleven marzipan balls representing the apostles and sugared edible flowers. This simple decoration will provide pre-Easter fun and an appealing treat on your table.

Please note, filming for future marketing and events will be taking place. Please let a member of staff know on arrival if you do not wish to feature in our marketing materials.
