Spooktacular Science Potions Workshop
Get ready for a spooky science adventure this October half term! On Monday 26th October, young scientists can take part in a fun, hands-on Spooktacular Potions Science Workshop at Sky Park Farm.
There will also be a dry ice experiment for an extra spooky effect. Children can see science in action as they explore how different materials react and change. It is a great way to learn through play, with plenty of wow moments along the way.

👨👩👧 One Adult supervisor included. Adult farm admission is charged separately and must be purchased in addition to the child ticket.
Age: Strictly 6+. Due to the hands-on nature of the experiments, children must be able to follow instructions and take part safely.
The Spooktacular Potions Science Workshop is ideal for curious children who love experiments, science and a little Halloween magic. It is a fun October half term activity that gives children the chance to get involved, ask questions and try something new.
Get ready to mix, fizz, foam and discover some spooky science. Children will enjoy a range of fun experiments, including:
🧪 Bubbling potions – magical mixtures that fizz, foam and change colour.
🌋 Lava eruptions – exciting reactions that bubble up and erupt.
⚗️ Chemical reactions – safe and spectacular experiments that bring science to life.
Due to the hands-on nature of the experiments, children must be able to follow instructions and take part safely.

After your workshop, make a day of it at Sky Park Farm. Explore the deer park, visit the Visitor Centre Gift Shop and enjoy a deer feeding experience. Little ones can also follow the themed farm trails before heading to the adventure playground.
