The Grazing Rooms is opening on 3rd November

The Grazing Rooms café is opening on Wednesday 3rd November with table reservations available to book through our website here and The Fork.

The Grazing Rooms is a destination in itself and offers seasonally inspired quality modern British cuisine with something for all tastes and dietary requirements from breakfast to lunch and tea.  Focusing on local and sustainable produce, our menu showcases mainly local, quality suppliers and producers with something for all tastes and dietary requirements. 

The creative team behind The Grazing Rooms is overseen by Matt Crow, Executive Chef, with Stan Perry as Head Chef. Matt is responsible for all aspects of food and catering provision at Sky Park Farm – the café, take away counters, as well as the produce available in the Farm Shop and Deli.

Stan joins The Grazing Rooms following a three year tenure as Head Chef at Grayshott Spa. This followed a highly successful international career working with some acclaimed chefs. Stan comments: “I am passionate about supporting the farm to fork initiative. Working with locally sourced produce is the future of food. There is a huge amount of energy at Sky Park Farm around the 30 mile mission, and I wanted to work with Matt and the team to deliver culinary innovation”. 

Matt said: “We have the most amazing team here. My vision is to build something extraordinary and give diners an exceptional experience in a relaxed dining environment, day in day out “.

All our chefs and front of house team are very excited about opening and sharing the Sky Park Farm mission to create a wonderful experience for all visitors from the Grazing Rooms to the Farm Shop. 

The mission is to deliver 40% of the food offer from within 30 miles of Sky Park Farm, with a further 40% from within Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex. 

We look forward to welcoming you! 

The Grazing Rooms will be open every Wednesday – Saturday 9am – 5pm and on Sunday’s 9am – 4.30pm.  Whilst closed every Monday and Tuesday, a wide range of drinks, snacks & cakes will be available from 9am – 5pm as well as delicious take away food available from our Deli. 

We recommend booking your table in advance to avoid disappointment but we will endeavour to accommodate your visit should you arrive without a booking. Book your table here.
