Pride is taken at Sky Park Farm in the welfare and production of quality venison; producing neat cuts of meat is the next important step to a create a delicious meal. Join the Farm Shop’s Butcher, Hawie and Executive Chef Sean Williams, as they discuss and demonstrate breaking down a deer. They will guide you through and explain professional techniques, cuts and uses for different parts of the animal. Lunch in The Grazing Rooms will be included. Book your tickets here
