12TH AUGUST SUMMER SUPPER
The five course tasting dinner will showcase our Grazing Rooms chefs, under the talented direction of Matt Crow, Executive Head Chef. Each of the courses provide a sensual journey of colour and flavour whilst championing our local suppliers and seasonal food. Wines will be paired with each course to perfectly complement the dish.
Collaborating with local producers makes these evenings truly special. This evening we will be serving the delicious TROTTON ESTATE VINEYARDS sparkling wine. Award winning and highly recommended, this local vineyard produces stunning English Sparkling wines which has been blind tasted against the best of the Champagne houses and wins every time. It has already been acclaimed by their customers as the best English Sparkling ever!

The Tasting Menu is £85 per person, including wine with each course. The sample menu* for the evening shares seasonal dishes and be sure to reserve your table early to secure your place!
Tables can be booked from 6.30pm to 7.30pm with your evening starting with a glass of local sparkling wine and an amuse-bouche. The courses will all be accompanied by tasting notes, sharing our chef’s vision and some background about the wines. The evening will finish at approximately 10.30 pm.
