The Summer Supper Series is in full swing and the next tasting evening will be on 22nd July in The Grazing Rooms, table bookings are available from 6.30pm – 7.30pm.

The five course tasting dinner will showcase our Grazing Rooms chefs, under the talented direction of Matt Crow, Executive Head Chef. Each of the courses provide a sensual journey of colour and flavour whilst championing our local suppliers and seasonal food. Wines will be paired with each course to perfectly complement the dish.

This evening we’ll be serving delicious paired wines and the wonderful Ridgeview English Sparkling Wine. For more than 25 years, Ridgeview have been producing world-class sparkling wines. Set on the edge of the South Downs, the award winning wines are not easily forgotten and they say always best enjoyed in the company of friends and family. What better opportunity than to enjoy this sparkling wine with the exquisite five course tasting menu with friends or family in The Grazing Rooms.

Tables can be booked from 6.30pm to 7.30pm with your evening starting with a glass of local sparkling wine and an amuse-bouche. The courses will all be accompanied by tasting notes, sharing our chef’s vision and some background about the wines. The evening will finish at approximately 10.30 pm.
