Visitor numbers continue to grow along with deer herds at Sky Park Farm where newborn Red, White (Red) and Sika deer calves continue to charm.

The final free weekend will see visitors offered locally sourced lamb and pork souvlaki flatbreads on Saturday. Served with Nutbourne tomatoes, fresh cucumber and mint, Isle of Wight feta cheese and garnished with toasted pumpkin seeds. There is also a vegetarian choice of Briddlesford Farm halloumi cheese.

Matt Crow, executive chef, said: “The quality of local food suppliers is first class. Our food offering is underpinned by a philosophy of focussing where possible on sourcing suppliers within a 30 mile radius. We look forward to featuring as many of these as possible in the coming months when our café, The Grazing Rooms, opens in July”.

Entry to the Farm is through the Visitor Centre where visitors will be able to buy sandwiches, drinks, sweet treats and healthy snacks and may even be tempted by deer themed gifts.

The flatbreads can be purchased on the Saturday on The Terrace at Sky Park Farm, just outside the Visitor Centre. Visitors may like to take a final “sneak peek” at the new Adventure Playground, with its dedicated areas for toddlers and children, which opens next week on 18th June. The Grazing Rooms café, Farm Shop and Butcher will open in July.
