Visitors to Sky Park Farm this weekend will be able to enjoy glorious views of the Hangers and South Downs while enjoying a Sky Park Farm Cream Tea on the terrace of the Visitor Centre. A take-away option is also available for those wanting to find a quiet spot by the Dew Pond or River Rother while looking for the new born Sika & White (red) and Red deer.
The Sky Park Farm Cream Tea will feature freshly made scones luxuriously topped with homemade Chichester strawberry and elderflower jam and clotted cream from local supplier Libby’s Larder.
Matt Crow, executive chef, said: “We are delighted to be able to showcase our food offering before our cafe, The Grazing Rooms, opens in July. We are committed to supporting local suppliers and Libby’s Larder cream is unbeatable!”
Entry to the Farm is through the Visitor Centre where visitors will be able to buy sandwiches, drinks, sweet treats and healthy snacks and may even be tempted by deer themed gifts.
The cream teas will be available to purchase from the Visitor Centre. Visitors may like to take a “sneak peek” at the new Adventure Playground, with its dedicated areas for toddlers and children, opening on 18th June. The Grazing Rooms cafe, Farm Shop and Butcher will open in July.
