This is the place to keep up to date with news of special events, culinary innovations and new arrivals among our herds of deer.
Sky Park Farm is opening to the public on 21st May. A unique destination, visitors will be able to experience life on a working deer farm and access the spectacular grounds for walking and picnicking.
Pierce and Victoria Noonan, owners of Sky Park Farm, said: “We are so pleased we can open the doors of the farm and share our passion for deer. We have a fabulous team who have all worked incredibly hard to deliver this unique experience. We want the farm to be central to our treasured Harting community, offering all visitors something special and adding to the diverse experiences that visitors can have within the South Downs”.
The Adventure Playground offers a specifically designed woodland wonderland for children. Visitors to The Grazing Rooms will be able to dine from breakfast to tea, with a variety of quality dishes satisfying everything from a lite bite to a celebration meal. Education is at the heart of the initiative and a dedicated education centre, The Deer Hub, will be available for industry events as well as school initiatives.
The Farm Shop will deliver quality produce for everyday grocery needs – from local milk to seasonal vegetables and cheese. Sky Park Farm is already recognised as a centre of excellence, selling venison to Waitrose for the past three years. Locals will be able to shop for a full range of venison and other locally sourced meat directly from the Sky Park Farm Butcher.
